I cannot wait for this game to come out. When I saw the new screens it got me even more excited.

Well, the first two images are obviously concept art.
The ingame shots looks promising though.

i don't think they are concept art. for example:
in the first one, if you look at the powerline, there're jaggies in it.
the upper windows on the right-hand side on the second one -- the "light" is wrong in the textures. they look a bit flat because the texture painted on there was meant to be seen from below, not above, where the camera currently is.
