Superman demo flies to XBLM in two weeks

During an interview with the supervising producer of Superman Returns, Gamertag Radio unearthed some good news. Expect a demo of Superman Returns to hit Xbox Live Marketplace within a week of the game's release (November 20). It's only natural to have doubts about any Superman game, so it's nice that we'll have a chance to try before we fly (ba dum bum). Is there any chance that Superman Returns, by EA mind you, could break the Superman game curse? Expect to find out in two weeks. GTR's interview with the producer should be up later today. 50 points to unlock the phone booth
100 points to change from clark kent to superman
(an extra 50 points if you want the cape... 200 for the "S" on his chest)

Wow... so for this to be a good game... wouldn't they have to break not only the superman game curse, but the fact that it's being developed by EA curse too? At this point I'm mostly just interested to hear what things EA has deemed micro-transaction worthy for this game.

I thought some of their concepts were interesting. I hope they work out in the game. It seems worth a rent.

Also, this EA thing has become the next "make jokes about the Wii name!". It got tired over a week ago. Please just stop. Please/

The movie sucked. So maybe the game will be good. Just like Riddick...

I bet if you wanna fly you have to pay 1000 points. Oh, and if you want the game to progress after certain points, it's 400 points per 'level'

Well, I happen to see this game at e3 this year, and it looked really really sweet. Kinda of like the spider man 2, and hulk free roaming games. The difference is you're superman so you're way more badass, and can fly around and throw things, and laser eye them or blow them away. My favorite part was when the demo guy i was watching play picked up a lady from the street flew her to the top of a building then proceeded to blow her off with his super breath....nice superman, real nice. Seriously though, i think it will be really fun.

I've had my eye on this game for a couple months now, I've seen a bunch of videos of it in action, and it looks like this actually might be the first good superman game ever made.

I'm glad there demo'ing it, as I think everygame should have a demo...if you stand behind the game that you developed...which I hope would be the case...if not, why make it.
