Get down! New Frontlines: Fuel of War screens

We hope you aren't getting sick of WWII or army shooters just because there is a new one announced each and every day. And today's new screenshots come from one of those war games. Make the jump and check out the five new screenshots for upcoming Xbox 360 game Frontlines: Fuel of War. Yup, they sure are pretty, but are they pretty enough to grab your attention? With games like CoD 3 and upcoming game GRAW 2, we question whether Frontlines can compete in the war genre.
[Thanks, Bobbo]

This game looks pretty dam good. I'm sure it could compete with coD 3 and Graw 2.

GRAW 2 and COD3 didn't have remote controlled helicopters.

GRAW 2 does have remote controlled devices , you got the Mule a remote controlled car that also stores your weapons and a hovercopter that you can also control.

Doesn't Frontlines also have a selling point in numer of online players? I thought i heard 32 or 50.

I think I dont know, but the pictures dont look all that good to me, I mean in the first picture, look at the guy's shoes! it's like 3x his head!
Also when you see the light-poles, it aren't clear lines, but they are pointy (my English obviously isn't very good)...
CoD3 does enough for me... I dont really need 5 games, that all look quite the same, all have quite the same options, but where every game, has just this little diffrence...
Greetings Glenn

The 360 has about 10,000 shooters already. And they're making another one? Lame.
How about some freakin variety? It's like we all bought DVD players but we're watching WW2 flicks only.

1st Off, SHOOTERS ARE THE BEST!!! Keep them coming!!!! You don't like it, Get Wii
This game just keeps getting Better & Better, Now there Testing 50 Players online!!! They said 32 is already confirmed. That should be some Crazy online Fun!!!

I love FPS and third person shooters because it's something I can play with my friends and with people from all over the world. I couldn't be happier with Halo 2, GOW, COD 3, Rainbow 6. GRAW 1 and 2... and soon Halo 3 and Unreal Tournament 3!!
But don't you guys want some variety as well?? One can only hope they port over Devil May Cry 4 or Ninja Gaiden. Too Human looks awesome, so do games like Assassin's Creed. I'm still waiting to hear more about Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Alan Wake, and Two Worlds. There is also another game coming out on the cover of PLAY magazine this month. I forget the name but it's an EXCLUSIVE RPG published by Microsoft. It had the name "God" in it. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please respond with the title... it's the February 2007 issue I saw on the newsstand yesterday. Anyways, I hope this isn't a sign of the kind of variety we got in the last generation with the xbox. Don't get me wrong, I love my xbox and FPS.. but lets also see some more variety of games and developers as well.

Shooters are neat until that's the new game that comes out every week.
360 needs more Action games. DMC 4 will work as will Assassin's Creed.
Also, needs more guitar sims lol

It's funny that people complain about the types of games released for the 360. The fact of the matter is that the 360 has games for all types of players and in all types of genres. Just because there are a dozen WWII shooters doesn't mean that the 360 still has the PS3 beat in all other areas of game variety as well!!!
And as far as dissing the graphics, gimmie a break. The PS3 will be lucky to match anything that comes out for the 360 in '07.

I am a big fan of Battlefield2:Modern Combat. The Online play is really fun. The new Battlefield: Bad Company will be released around the same time as Frontlines. I think Frontlines will be a better game, as long as their servers are better than EA's. Actually, it would be hard to find any online servers worse than EA's. Does anyone know if Frontlines will use their own servers (like BF2:MC), or have users host games (like GoW)? Even though EA's servers BLOW, I like having a "main" server over a "host" server.
