Halo 3 Zune is a Gamestop exclusive

More details have surfaced for those of you who are interested in that oh so limited edition Halo 3 Zune. According to new information on Xbox.com, the Halo 3 Zune will go on sale June 15th and be available exclusively from Gamestop stores. The Zune will also come preloaded with a plethora of content including the entire Halo soundtrack collection, over 120 Halo images, a bunch of Halo 3 videos, six episodes of Red vs Blue, and an exclusive Red vs Blue episode only available on the Zune. So, if you're already sold on a purchase, you may want to plop down a few bucks on a preorder. You know, that is if you're willing to choose the Zune over a trendy iPod purchase.

I don't get why every one has written off the ZUNE. Do you want apple to completely own the market. If any company has the resources to catch up with the ipod it is Microsoft. The only plus to owning an ipod over a zune is that it is slightly thinner, the better to fit in your skin tight, hipster, trendy ass, emo boy pants.

i personally love love love my zune. it's a great piece of hardware with a really nice UI and OS.
most of the haters of the zune on the internet probably haven't given the zune a fair try.
btw this halo3 zune has such a nice box. do want.

I have a Zen Vision M. I like my Zen Vision M. It still works. I like the way it works. I have no need to go buy a Zune. Or an iPod. Sorry MS, you were just too late on my mp3/video player purchasing cycle. Next time I'm out to get one I'll give you a looksy. Promise.
RE: GameStop. Why do the Halo 3 exclusives keep going to craptacular companies? Mad Catz and now Game Stop, the kind folks who like to not ship you preorders then stiff you on your deposit or make you run through hoops to get it back. F#ck that shit.

Seriously, why the blind hatred towards GameStop? I don't get it. Yeah, some of the GameStop's around me suck. Guess what? I don't shop at those! Some of the others are great...it's always a pleasure to go in there.
GameStop is just like any other massive company. Some McDonald's are good...clean restaurants, outgoing employees, properly prepared food. Some suck...dirt everywhere, cold, soggy fries, and heaven forbid someone crack a smile.
But (with respect to the video game industry) it's only GameStop that gets such blind hatred. Just clue me in, please!
