Silly Microsoft. The Shadowrun demo IS available for download off Marketplace right now. It weighs in at about 1.07 GB, which is similar to the beta's size, and can be found under "all Game Demos". It's got the "New" tag when selected, but for whatever reason, has been

I was getting a stuck download then I decided to use the whole lower power download feature.

Honestly, everyone should get the demo/buy the game.
I haven't consistently had as much fun in a multiplayer FPS since my Counterstrike 1.5 days. Each game feels fresh and new... and I'm still just learning the ropes.

Dangit i had checked the "all demos" section yesterday, and found nothing. Guess i got to it before it was really up. Now I gotta wait till I'm home today to start it and wait for another 1gb download ack!

I'll get the game when/if they fix ladder climbing animation, or rather, lack thereof. I can't believe that made it into retail version - it looks like they just forgot to include it, or gave up on it. Unacceptable for next-gen.

I hope I'm not being a total "n00b" by asking...but what the hell does that GT mean?
Also, faster XBLMP downloads FTW! I just started to download the demo about 10 min ago and it's 75% done.
I look forward to giving this game it's fair try out and possibly buying and/or renting from GameFly.

Luckily i was able to grab the demo in short order, no delays.
I'm impressed with it so far. The feel of the controls is nice and I'm digging the off-beat atmosphere and style.

Am I the only one who thinks this game kinda blows in the weapons dept. I mean the sniper rifle is weak, the rifle is inaccurate and weak and the shotty and smg are useless unless you are point blank.... I was really hoping this game would have been good. oh and 3rd person for the katana is lame as well.

I'm amazed at the environment of the game, it is truly faithful to the story. Being in Brazil, all landscapes, posters, graffitis, etc, are really brazilian and written in brazilian portuguese.
Also the music is brazilian. They tried really to keep the environment real, which makes me want this game more and more :-)
