Talismoon's little Tiltboard
project is finally blooming as they just announced that the
Tiltboard will available for purchase next week. But be warned, it's expensive ... very expensive. This board, which allows tilt control on your 360, will retail for $39.99 (ouch!) not including a controller or soldering iron. Though, we have to admit it does have more features than we initially expected including adjustments for sensitivity, zero degree setting and an option to invert the Y axis. If tilting is important to you and your bank account/mod skills can handle it, then we must say that the Tiltboard looks to be your
only best choice.

$39.99 doesnt seem at all expensive for a product that defniately took a lot of R&D.

No thanks.

What will this be useful for? Are there games coming out soon that will use this or what's the deal?
Tim Marman @ Jun 18th 2007 4:28PM
I mean I wouldn't buy it, nor do I think it's effectively free, but I also wouldn't describe something that's $39.99 as "expensive... very expensive" - especially when wireless controllers cost $50 and the Rock Band peripherals are going for $70 a pop.
Just saying.

i agree Tim, $40 isn't that much, do y'all even know what it does? it can replace the thumbsticks, so in any game that uses thumbsticks, it is supported.. racing, flying, even fps's: who is that talented?
it is nice, but i hope MS won't make modded controllers un-useable after being fixed up with one of theses

Or maybe we'll get lucky and MS will just buy the rights.
