Call of Duty 4 lands Oct. 30, Nov 9 in Europe

Our friends at Xboxygen are reporting that Activision has announced that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare will storm store shelves on October 30, with a European release to follow on November 9. In case you haven't heard, Call of Duty 4 wound up being one of the most impressive looking titles at E3, hands down. The level of graphical detail is simply astounding and really has to be seen in motion to be appreciated. Xbox 360 owners will get chance to do that very soon in the upcoming COD4 multiplayer beta. For the latest news on the beta, keep your eye on CharlieOscarDelta.com. In the meantime, mark your calendars. On October 30, Call of Duty is back.

I just hope this game doesn't give me motion sickness like its predecessors. I'd hate not to be able to play this INCREDIBLE looking game!!

Just take some dramamine(non-drowsy) or something comparable. I have the same problems with FPS, but I have to play the COD series.

Yes this game is the real deal. Its fps games like this that deserve the attention that a game like Gaylo continues to unjustly aquire.

no offence but are you asian? i've heard a weird discovery that asians can't play FPS games due to motion sickness.

i think Hideo Kojima said he had it too, that's why the MGS has mostly been top view (MGS 3: subsistance had a popular by demand 3D view).

ccc, you're way over the line. I think you need to go back to PS3fanboy.com. I might not be a mod, but I don't take kind to ANYONE starting a fight for no reason. I don't come to this sight just to see fanboys mindlessly picking fights. Do it again and I'll report you.

its because its locked at 60FPS it causes motion blur cause of high detail. and that is why it gets blury, goldeye perfect dark COD 2,3,4 and all the sports game.

@13 i surf both sites for sytem info on what games that come out and peoples comment or a possible leak on actual game info. neither site is safe from opposing fanboy sites. i was looking at a grand tourismo hd to grand tourismo 5 article and theres comments on how much better forza is than grand tourismo HD. how do you compare a demo to a full game. i own both systems but prefer the ps3 because i can use it for other things and each update takes it a step closer to the 360s live but for free it wont belong till there are no more complaint on the ps3s network. the ps3 would have home while maintaing the same options on live for free. thats why i think the ps3 will eventually win in that area. but as for games the playing feild is sarting to level out between the 360 and the ps3 interms of multiplat games.
