I like the link to the news stories that are discussed. Nice.
UNSCleric @ Oct 8th 2007 8:13PM
I wouldn't say it was a "break up" at all.
Joe @ Oct 8th 2007 10:38PM
i would say bungie is a pack of cock-nosed nooger-meisters... nah jayplay they're awesome... hope they come out with some completely non-related halo stuff... well not completely ;)
Adam @ Oct 8th 2007 10:48PM

Great podcast as always, helped me kill a nice chunk of my work day!
On the Febreze note, a can of this this caught my eye when I was on my lunch - http://www.febreze.com/en_US/febreze/aireffects.do , gotta love the Febreze smell (and they have a cotton/linen scented one too)!
Keep up the good work guys, it's my first post so I hope the link works.

I THINK 37 IS THE COOLEST NUMBER! But that's just cuz it's my favorite.
I'm playing so much Halo 3! OMG! LOL
Knuckles...its called a sausagefest. lol
LOL...Dustin...had a poptart. LOL Aww dustin...thats dirty...febreeze instead of deodorant? Are you sure you haven't done some febreeze?
Dustin's opinion on what happened between Bungie and MGS seems logical and I would put my money on it.
They need to put Warthog Jump on XBLA!!! :D
Yea, I think Rich's idea about having a game just surrounding Cortana would be awesome!
Viva Pinata DS is published by MGS: http://www.1up.com/do/gameOverview?cId=3148663
Dustinberg or Dustinbergia. LOL AHAHAHHAHA
I have to agree with you guys...Halo 3 is just AMAZING and is TRUELY a next gen title.
For me, my console would be the 360. LOL
Knuckles...that 2nd clip was horrible.
TORO @ Oct 9th 2007 12:05PM
Lol DJ, no spoiler warning for other listeners???

Hey guys. Good Podcast but i felt it was lacking in 'Umph'. Maybe it was cuz everyone was tired or maybe because my commute was this morning was shitty. It also could have been the new format you guys said you were trying out. But whatever the culprit don’t let this be a downer, you guys do good work.
T Ghost @ Oct 9th 2007 1:53PM
I loved this show. You should keep this new format. Even that I don't comment on every podcast, be assured that I listen to every single episode.
Just one thing, podcasts now are spending too much time on what have you been playing sections. They are cool when people play stuff you're interested in but they're not always about all the hot stuff of the moment. I know it's very important in a game podcast to talk about the latest games you experienced but I think the format "What I played last week" is a little bit boring because sometimes it ends up going on for too long on games that are not a hot topic anymore. That RIGHT in the begining of the show is sometimes hard to swallow. Maybe shorting the "What I've played" section to just name what you play and go straight to a more extense "Hot new games that WE had a chance to play and what we think about it" would be a better way to talk about cool and new games.
AnyWHO, listening to this edition was, as always, good times. Keep up the good work!
Lewis @ Oct 9th 2007 2:45PM
Damn David whats with the spoiler for the Halo 3 Legendary ending? I was looking forward to finding out myself but you said it lol.
But for the show layout, i dunno, it seemed way to short but, Try it again next week, since they'll probably less Halo 3 talk but still, MAKE SURE you pick a part of the show where you talk about your best multiplayer moments, I love to hear them.
37 FTW.
Graham @ Oct 9th 2007 3:42PM
Richard, you can select Female characters in Two Worlds online modes. You can be a Female Human, Female Elf, Male Human, and a Male Elf. Hope your online experience wasn't as laggy as mine.

Oh, I forgot to make a humble request:
PLEASE do NOT even mention that EVIL thing that is Rock Band on any of the next show.
If there's something that makes me spin my IPod wheel like a madman, in a desperate attempt to FF a podcast is the mention of the 2 words "ROCK BAND".
Just realize that US$170 for a PS2 game (rock band will be released for PS2 and it's 100% the same game as the 360 version) that come with mattel plastic toys that ONLY work with that PS2 game is NOT video gaming.
Also anything that has the 2 letter EA envolved makes me involutarily vomit a little bit inside my mouth.
EA is evil, dirty, nasty and destroy and dessecrate any piece of good video game design work that it's filthy hoofs touch.
That's my request. Thanks!
SoxFan13 @ Oct 14th 2007 11:05PM
T Ghost-
Rock Band 360 will have a few things that Ps2 doesn't.
1) Online functionality-- playing in a "band" with other people is gonna be sweet.
2) The ability to download more songs and full albums --in the 1st week no less. I know, I know, we're giving more money to EA. However, this is the kind of thing that will keep the game fun and fresh. I just bought the new Foo Fighters- there are about 4 songs on there that I'd love to play in Rock Band!
I disagree with your assertion that this is not videogaming. In Rock Band
(and GH) you have to push the right buttons at the right times-- how does that not describe pretty much every video game?
