So, this is where we make "over the hill" jokes. Yes, break out the black balloons, it's episode 40 of the Xbox 360 Fancast. Appropriately enough, it's only a few days shy of Halloween. Middle-aged jokes aside, we've got quite a special treat for our fans out there. Of course, we have the usual poignant, witty repartee you've come to expect, but we've also got a special guest: Michael "Burnie" Burns from Rooster Teeth Productions, the daring crazy-folk behind Red. Vs. Blue. As usual, we chat about the latest goings on in Xbox, but we also get an exclusive opportunity to talk with Burnie about Recovery One, their final Halo 2 project. I love RvB, I can see why people say its gone downhill but personally I just think of it like the Simpsons. While its peak was a long time ago, we've come to know these charcters so well it's more enjoyable to just see them than to hear them make funny jokes. Anyways, actually just got around to 39 will listen to this tonight.

I'm surprised that there weren't any machinimas made with Crackdown, or at least any well-known ones. There was an option to completely turn the HUD off, and a scoped rifle made a perfect camera.

Hey, anyone else expierencing problems getting onto Xbox Live? I cant sign on, says Xbox Live failed although everything is fine and Xbox.com is unavaible. Anyone know whats happening? :(

btw eric...it's nothing special to be first.
as for armoredweeman...i was signed into xbl last night at around 12:45 EDT...no problems there...and i just got onto xbox.com no problem.

iTunes only sweeps our RSS feed once a day. There is a workaround for this though. In iTunes, click "Advanced" and then click "Subscribe to Podcast." From here, enter our podcast RSS feed:

Now it should update the moment we update our RSS feed.

anyone else noticing a stereo balance problem on the podcast??? i.e. the right channel is not even with the left channel, makes your brain go crazy?!?!

I wasn't able to get on Live as well, 5 am Minnesota time.
I have listened to the first 25 minutes of the show on my way to work this morning. Best 25 minutes everrrrr!

Hey guys, about IPTV in Canada. I actually work for Bell Canada here in Calgary and when Microsoft initially announced the list of providers they were working with, Bell Canada was on the list. We have a monthly company e-newsletter with a rumour section that allows employees to ask questions and get answers so I decided to write in regarding the 360's IPTV service through Bell.
While they didn't come out and officially announce anything, they did say that "we are close partners with Microsoft and continue to work on exciting future projects together". Since we don't actually have any projects (that I know of) on the go with Microsoft, I can only assume that IPTV in Canada through Bell is coming down the pipe.

Rich...and rachet and clank isn't even THAT great. Only the 2nd game on ps3 that has gotten a 90 or more...
I'm getting neither...I have no Rhythm Co-ordination. lol
HAAAAAAAAAAAA...Metacritic shows the 360 version 1 point above the PS3 and Wii versions for GH III... AHAHAHAHAHAH 360 FTW.
Well dustin...that would be why we couldn't lower our weapons when we were in forge. heheheh lol

You can't use the PS3 guitar for GH or GH 80s.
