it's looking better than the GH3 line-up
DeadPlasmaCell @ Nov 8th 2007 4:27PM
Looks good, but wait until pricing is revealed and people realize "Wait a second.. this is the same Sh*t as GH!" then what? I've never had an issue with GH DLC.. if the songs are cool, I'll DL, no problem.
Travis @ Nov 8th 2007 4:27PM
pretty cool. I would still like some Opeth please, but whatever. I hope the Metallica pack is "and Justice for All" status and not "St. Anger"
Gemini Ace @ Nov 8th 2007 4:29PM
Queens of the Stone Age pack should include Feel Good Hit of the Summer.

Keith @ Nov 8th 2007 4:29PM
... I think you have a slight typo.
"Fortunate Song" by Credence Clearwater Revival should be "Fortunate Son", that is unless the original name of the song has changed.
DeadPlasmaCell @ Nov 8th 2007 4:31PM
I wonder about the full album pricing
Gemini Ace @ Nov 8th 2007 4:40PM
Who wouldn't love to play or sing this song?

Loban @ Nov 8th 2007 4:44PM
MORE BOSTON!!!!!!
Mathieu Bonin @ Nov 8th 2007 4:44PM
HMXSean (A Staff member at Harmonix) also confirmed on the official Rock Band forums that all songs from the packs are available as individual downloads.
TORO @ Nov 8th 2007 4:45PM
This is game almost has me sold, just a little more push and I'm buying it lol
Tony @ Nov 8th 2007 4:50PM
Honestly I'm slightly more willing to pay 500 points for 3 songs that also have drums and vocals worked into them... but I hope it's less because I'm not so willing that I'd do it more than once. If it cost that, I'd be very scared over the full album pricing, which is mostly what I want. Interested in the Bowie pack, though.
Tony @ Nov 8th 2007 4:51PM
Also what happened to Who's Next and the Grateful Dead pack?
TX2Step @ Nov 8th 2007 4:55PM
@TORO: What will it take?!?!?
This game will be fun and rule lots.
Md @ Nov 8th 2007 4:56PM
Tony: They're still going to be there (The Who will probably be the first available). These are just the new songs announced in OXM.
dunnypop @ Nov 8th 2007 4:59PM
feel good hit would probably be censors.
"nicotine, valium, vicaden, *censor*, *censor*, and alcohol"
ugh these DLC secures my purchase of Rock Band. damn it!
Intentless @ Nov 8th 2007 4:59PM
Rumor was per their word that the Metallica content was the entire black album. So I'd lean to it hopefully being at least a couple tracks from black album. And the remix of st anger is actually tolerable compared to the original.
Todd @ Nov 8th 2007 5:02PM
Yess!! i love juke box hero!!!
Banana Kid @ Nov 8th 2007 5:03PM
OMG JUKEBOX HERO
ROCK BAND WINS
Joe @ Nov 8th 2007 5:05PM
I know I'll be buying a points card just for the Queens pack. I'll also get Buddy Holly, My Iron Lung (seriously, no Paranoid Android yet?), Synchronicity II, and some Who and Nirvana songs.
So yeah. Excellent.
TORO @ Nov 8th 2007 5:09PM
"This game will be fun and rule lots."
TX2Step that was a little push, thanks. Sold!
DiddlyKong @ Nov 8th 2007 5:20PM
I'm going to have to wait or just buy the game by itself. This has to be the best season of gaming releases ever. My wallet hurts :(
Here's a question: Are you buying the bundle or the stand alone game? Hey Dustin lets get a poll going.
If I do buy decide to get Rock Band i'll get the standalone game and wait for the drums to be sold seperate.
Macroy @ Nov 8th 2007 5:28PM
More Weezer, please.
TORO @ Nov 8th 2007 5:45PM
I'm getting the bundle, I have the X-Plorer guitar from GHII, so I'll have the complete set :)
Neebs @ Nov 8th 2007 5:56PM
""Juke Box Hero" by Foreigner"
EPIC WIN.
Tony @ Nov 8th 2007 5:59PM
I didn't even notice Juke Box Hero. I was remarking the other day that GHIII needed that. Awesome.
I was also super happy to see Foreplay/Long Time... That and Highway Star alone make me want this game.
Shane86 @ Nov 8th 2007 6:12PM
joker and the thief! my sharona! buddy holly! fortunate son! GREAT SONGS!
if only they had a full pack for creedence, that would be awesome
Amber @ Nov 8th 2007 7:46PM
Nothing that has me TOO interested, but I was already sold on the game anyway (I have it preordered) so it doesn't matter.
ccc @ Nov 8th 2007 8:09PM
Metellica needs, Blackend, For Whom the bell tolls, Seek and destroy and master of puppets. But yes the entire And justice for all would be the end of all music games.
Trunas @ Nov 9th 2007 10:23AM
cant wait for this game!
Zurich @ Nov 9th 2007 10:45AM
Awesome on the Bowie pack, and kudos for "My Iron Lung." One of the best Radiohead tracks for a game, but still a pack with "Paranoid Android" or "Just" would rule.
And "Ever Fallen in Love" is a great pick, too.
TakeApartYourHead @ Nov 9th 2007 6:18PM
Bring back Dethklok! We need a Dethklok pack!!!
