Best of Xbox 360 Black Friday deals [update2]

Update: Added new deals from Wal-mart and Buy.com.
In a few days, on November 23rd, Black Friday 2007 will officially kick off and millions of dollars will be spent. Lines will form outside of retailers hours (some even days) in advance, shopping madness will ensue and some of the best deals will be ripe for the picking. It'll be crazy like it is every year, but if you're brave enough to venture into the Black Friday death trap then we figure the least we can do is point you in the right direction. So, we painstakingly dug through all the day after Thanksgiving ads, found all the Xbox 360 deals and posted them for you after the break. Best Buy, Circuit City, Gamestop, KB, Kmart, Radio Shack, Sears and Target ... they're all there. But you should also know that a lot of retailers (like Wal-mart and Toys R Us) will be doing online mystery deals Thursday that'll go hand in hand with their printed Black Friday offerings
Take a gander through this year's Xbox 360 Black Friday deals and prepare to be unprepared. The black is upon us!
(DB) = Door Buster item that's limited to a few hours in the early AM. These will be hard to find.

The best buy ad is wrong, It's guitar Hero 2, not Guitar Hero 3 that is going to be free when you buy a 360, just a heads up
TORO @ Nov 20th 2007 2:38PM
Crap, I just bought COD4 at Target for $59
DjDATZ @ Nov 20th 2007 2:40PM
Wow...you Americans are a bunch of lucky bastards.
We don't have Black Friday up here in the north...we might have white Friday though...LOL AHAHAHAHAHHAHAH
Dan_C @ Nov 20th 2007 2:42PM
That KB toys deal is pretty sweet. Who knows what they have for games though, haven't been in there for years.
IseWise @ Nov 20th 2007 2:43PM
Micro Center has a Xbox 360 Pro (refurb) for $229

is the kb toys deal really on all games or is it just select titles, i thought i had read it differently somewhere else
Chester Cheetah @ Nov 20th 2007 2:45PM
@ #3
was that supposed to be funny? Pretty weak!
Mark @ Nov 20th 2007 2:51PM
"Deaf Jam" LOL
BigJerm @ Nov 20th 2007 2:54PM
Sorry for not reporting this while the sale was still on...(bad gamer). Toys r Us had free $25 gift card if you bought Mario Galaxy for the Wii...so I got 2, got my gift cards, "returned" the games to Wal-mart (they take anything...no receipt = gift card), and with my $50 I'm buying Mass Effect. So essentially traded $110 cash for a wal-mart gift card and got a free $50 gift card from Toys r Us. Gotta love the system.
xenocidic @ Nov 20th 2007 2:57PM
BigJerm, what you describe is what's known as "return fraud"
I wouldn't go around boasting about it
Scott @ Nov 20th 2007 3:00PM
Man, unless you are buying a new system, pretty weak list. Maybe I will try to get ahold of Gun for $5 just for collecting purposes, but otherwise nothing worth the hassle. Thats too bad.
Tony Bowman @ Nov 20th 2007 3:01PM
i may go for the Circuit City deal on Assassin's Creed.
Tony @ Nov 20th 2007 3:01PM
For many years none of the deals have been worth having to deal with the crowds and annoyance of Black Friday. Getting up early, dealing with crazy people, worrying about parking, etc.
Although, honestly, last year was practically dead when I went to a couple of places. Makes me wonder if this year will be about the same.
ogvor @ Nov 20th 2007 3:03PM
I'm gonna get the two Westerns for 15$ and maybe CoD4 for 50$.
I also highly, HIGHLY recommend Condemned for anyone who ahsn't played it.
Mark @ Nov 20th 2007 3:06PM
:( you guys changed it back. I thought it was a witty dig on the game through creative mispelling. I guess it was just a typo.
outforprophets @ Nov 20th 2007 3:09PM
Wow that KB Toys deal is ridiculous. I wonder what their selection of games is like though.
monkeymonkeymonkey @ Nov 20th 2007 3:12PM
@#10
Return fraud is when someone uses an item and returns it or if someone returns stolen merchandise from one store to another store.

dbellinger @ Nov 20th 2007 3:20PM
@TORO:
Target has a return deal where if you have your receipt dated within 14 days, you can bring it in and get the difference back.
Fargo @ Nov 20th 2007 3:22PM
Gamerdeals.net or CAG have good info on Black Friday deals as well...
intRvenous @ Nov 20th 2007 3:30PM
KB Toys
- Buy 1 Get 1 Free: Entire stock of video games (DB)
holy crap - THAT is a doorbuster.
h0mi @ Nov 20th 2007 3:33PM
graw 2 at $20 is interesting but none of the other deals appeals to me. Maybe $5 GUN just because it's just $5, and I might go to best buy for something else that morning.
Darayz @ Nov 20th 2007 3:41PM
Definitely hitting KB TOys on Friday morning. But my definite must buy is Oblivion: Game of the Year Edition for 50 bucks at Gamestop.
TORO @ Nov 20th 2007 3:44PM
Thanks for lookini out dbellinger, I'll go ahead and get my $10 back!
TORO @ Nov 20th 2007 3:44PM
crap, "lookin"
Delgado @ Nov 20th 2007 3:49PM
@6,16, and 20
KB Toys is doing buy 1 get 1 free because they only have DS and GB games (and a few PS2 titles if I remember). Very limited stock = not as good of a deal as you think.
It might have changed since last year, but that was the case the last time I went in there.
Stephen @ Nov 20th 2007 3:53PM
Target wins. COD 4/Orange Box and Gea...nah. Gears is still too expensive.
Andrew S @ Nov 20th 2007 4:07PM
i figured kb toys deal was too good to be true
CarpeD1em500 @ Nov 20th 2007 4:40PM
Didn't read the comments so don't flame but....the cheap ass and achievment whore in me is excited to pick up GUN for 5 dollars :)
intRvenous @ Nov 20th 2007 5:36PM
@25 - looks like they stock 360 to me, unless the deal only covers DS and GB.

mccomber @ Nov 20th 2007 7:54PM
May pick up GH2 since I don't have it, and planned on buying it anyway. Any idea of Sears or Circuit City will be doing a price-guarantee for these prices? If so, I may go to CC tomorrow and pick up a copy of GH2 now...
jason @ Nov 20th 2007 8:00PM
i called kb toys they sell no 360 games at their stores
jason @ Nov 20th 2007 8:02PM
target has nba 2k8 for 360 for $28
xevia @ Nov 20th 2007 8:46PM
So I went out last year on 'Black Friday' to catch some deals but I am not sure if it is worth it. People were stealing items from each other, and this is supposed to be a giving time of year?
http://www.deathduck.com
Stephannie @ Nov 20th 2007 8:50PM
I am not sure if any of these deals are worth getting out in the cold, and fighting people over. Last year I saw ladies stealing other people's merchandise right out of their carts!
http://www.happykeg.com
refinedsugar @ Nov 20th 2007 11:42PM
Wow those are this years black friday deals? Juarez or COD2 for $10 sounds right, but all that time spent, a headache, over stuff that can be gotten for those kinda prices at normal times of the year if you look around ... disappointing.
monsterbeard @ Nov 21st 2007 1:44AM
Wow. Def check out the KB deal. you have to click on "in store specials" on their website to see it. But if you don't like getting up at 5am like me, some KBs are opening at midnight on black friday. I am so excited to see if i can get mass effect and assassin's creed for the price of one.
Jonah Falcon @ Nov 21st 2007 2:59AM
Target is also selling NBA 2K8 for $28.
JohnHeist @ Nov 21st 2007 11:00AM
Though it's not a Black Friday deal, Nebraska Furniture Mart has COD4 for $50.
I live in Kansas City MO, and we actually have one here, so I dunno how common they are. I do know that Best Buy is about 40 minutes closer (right by my house) and will price-match them.
They don't even ask for an ad; they already KNOW the NFM deals and will match right away.
Rich @ Nov 21st 2007 11:51AM
That 360 Charge and Play kit you have listed from Radio Shack is actually the Nyko Power Kit, not the MS one.
Vexorg @ Nov 22nd 2007 4:59AM
Not if you've ever seen the average KB store's selection of games. Good luck finding two games in the store worth getting.
venkman781 @ Nov 22nd 2007 2:22PM
Don't know if anyone has checked this out yet, but if you go to Circuit City's website, you can get in on the 360 Pro bundle (HDMI, Ultimate Alliance and Forza 2) with an extra controller for $349 and pick up in store tomorrow! That's a great deal and you don't really have to get trampled at 3 am either! I just bought one.
Andrew S @ Nov 22nd 2007 4:55PM
call of duty 4 for $48 from amazon
Sam @ Nov 22nd 2007 5:54PM
i got pgr4 for 30 bucks on amazon new.
don't ask me how.
Gh3tt0 Child @ Nov 22nd 2007 6:34PM
Will that KB toys or target deal be available online?
Zach Conrad @ Nov 23rd 2007 8:34AM
seriously, thanks for this
damawesomedan @ Nov 23rd 2007 4:00PM
does any one know how long the kb deal is
cause its 4 0 cloc where i live and if its still on i might stop by
damawesomedan @ Nov 23rd 2007 4:00PM
umm
SteveMB @ Nov 24th 2007 3:04PM
$54 for a 4GB Pro Duo? You can get those brand new on eBay for $30-$35 shipped (OEM Sony). In fact, I just got an 8GB Sony Pro Duo for $60 shipped. I bought a 65" Mitsubishi 1080p for $1399 from Tiger Direct with free shipping.
