During the fancast I really hope the word you guys weren't trying to say repeatedly is "quasi" cause that's definitely NOT how it's pronounced...
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/quasi
Richard Mitchell @ Dec 26th 2007 9:30AM
Nope. In fact, it's not a real word at all: casi-hard.
Casual/Hardcore -- Casi-Hard
I like the sound of Quasi-Hard though.

I am half way through. So far so good. I would like to put in my two sents and say that I like Alexander I think he should stay.
SoxFan13 @ Dec 26th 2007 4:22PM
"Sox" for me stands for White Sox. Also, I agree with JakeJax-- keep Alexander if possible.
SoxFan13 @ Dec 26th 2007 4:29PM
Oh, I forgot- link for Dustin-- http://multiplayerblog.mtv.com/category/pronunciation-guide/

Just got a chance to first listen to it this morning on the commute, fine job as always.
Alexander's doing a really good job too, sure you can't keep him as a regular?
Also, you guys put the fancast up on the Zune store right? My old iPod mini is starting to crap out, and those Zune 80's are mighty attractive...
DjDATZ @ Dec 27th 2007 12:16PM
Dustin! You're SICK! omg!
Happy birthday Rich! :D
Dustin you squeaked when you said "NO its not!"
I think Duke Nukem won't be out till 2011 anyways.
LOL...at 21:50 into the fancast, someone has a bird in the background that is making NOISE. lol
Yea, I don't think Mass Effect is going to the PS3 either.
LOL...on the C&C FPS comments.
Awesome break song. ABSOLUTE GOLD.
Do you guys want me to post the email address again? :P LOL
LOL...FAIL on the knock knock joke.
Oh, and I like Quasi-Hard better than Casi-Hard...LOL MUCH better.
Great podcast! :D
AHAHAHAHHAHAHAH...the Elmo part was hilarious! Dustin was a bit creeped out. Sorry Dustin.
Btw, as much as I like Alexander, I want KD back. :( Knuckles was teh uber awesome.
Arnie @ Dec 27th 2007 11:34PM
Alexander is really funny guys, you should keep him full time and let me us know if he has another podcast on Joystiq which I would gladly subscribe to.
Also the last part about the casi(is that even a word?) was really funny esp when Alexander ripped into Dustin. Nice podcast guys.
ALso there is something seriously wrong with your RSS feeds cause I am not getting them on all my sources. Even the Zune one is not working.
beej @ Dec 28th 2007 1:02PM
agreed...i am unable to download via your rss feeds also...
Richard Mitchell @ Dec 28th 2007 1:08PM
Yeah, not sure what's going on, but all of X3F's RSS feeds are borked right now. We're working on a fix, but with so many people on vacation, it may be a while. You should still be able to grab the MP3 file by itself though.
Arnie @ Dec 28th 2007 1:11PM
Dont worry Richard my zune is borked too(brand new!!) right now so been listening on my computer anyways. Keep those podcasts coming and happy belated birthday.
