Even more overpriced AC6 DLC flies in next Thur

Today, Namco announced another set of downloadable content for Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation and again, it's way overpriced. The new DLC will drop next Thursday, February 28th and include a free "F-117A Night Hawk – General Emblem". But that's the only free stuff you're getting. Other DLC includes four jets that range in prices between 200 and 400 Microsoft points apiece (crazy pricey) as well as four other pieces of DLC. There will be a new "Battle Royale" multiplayer map (100 MS points) as well as "Co-op Battle", "Siege Battle" and "Ace of Aces Mission" downloads each costing 300 MS points. AC6 is officially turning into one of the most expensive games on the 360 as we say boo to overpriced jet fighter DLC. BOO! BOO! BOO!

And with MS wonderful DRM lock on the content you are actually paying to borrow the content, not to own it. Good job again MS with more stuff I will not buy until you change your DRM policy.

Someone has to be buying it though, otherwise they would stop this crap. I don't mind paying but this makes EA in the beginning look like an outright charity.

Why not? People will just blame this al on Microsoft, and not Namco... Not like it'll hurt Namco's public image.

I'm having trouble grasping the concept of a fighter jet "map." Isn't air all the same? Do they have different looking clouds?

Well I'll be buying the IdolMaster plane at least heh. As I said the last time they released a pack, if you don't like it then don't buy it. Vote with your points, thats all that will ever work in any sort of market. Its obviously worth the cost to enough people that they continue to make them and price them as they do.
