Darwinia is one of my favourite games... really addictive and so much scope with mods on the PC version... Hopefully there will be user-made content for the 360!
Also check out the other introversion games Uplink and Defcon, also brilliant games especially Uplink.

Defcon would be cool, but I'm wondering if it's a little too far from politically correct to release.
