Xbox.com gets an upgrade
Xbox 360 owners were treated to a little surprise this morning when they logged into their Xbox Live account on Xbox.com. Various changes have been made to the Xbox.com experience including a listing of recently connected friends on the main page and the ability to browse the friends lists of your friends.
We thought the best way to show you all the changes to Xbox.com would be to walk you through it ourselves. Feel free to check out a quick guide to what has changed on yourfavorite second favorite Xbox website.

Not sure how I feel about this one.

If they would get rid of the paged friends list, it would be fine.

It's interesting. I'm not sure how I feel about it.
I see you have some of your friends blacked out... why so secretive? What are you hiding? Is that President's gamertag? Maybe Dick Cheney?

Nice! You can do friend of friend now!

It's going to take some getting used to. Thanks for the quick summary of changes X3F.

I like it if only for the recently played with lists, that saves me some trouble
xenocidic @ Mar 26th 2008 1:44PM
I especially like how they have much more room for advertisements

Me no like, having the friends list over multiple pages is especially annoying

paging on friends list = teh suck
also, has the capability to view recent players on the website always been there? THAT is a cool feature, for sure

The frineds list has changed in the UK, but the main page hasn't.

I do not like this new look at all, and having my friends list split over multiple pages is also a huge pain in the ass.
Also there's huge amounts of wasted space and the xbox.com advertising of events/articles etc. "box" feels completely out of place now and takes up way too much space relative to the actually useful stuff. It definitely feels like a huge step backwards.

Ignore my last comment.

I agree, the paging of the friends list sucks!
brabbijt @ Mar 26th 2008 3:25PM

Lewis @ Mar 26th 2008 4:15PM
I like it.
Placeman @ Mar 26th 2008 4:20PM
It'd be nice if they allowed you to listen to voice messages via the web.

I'm not a big fan of the new xbox.com. I really enjoyed the old site: information was always readily available. The new site just looks too barren for my tastes. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but when I signed in today, I was def. a bit disappointed.
