I downloaded it about an hour ago, only took me about 15 minutes to download.

I have played Chinatown and broadcast. While I like these maps I feel like they aren't as well designed as the original maps. I have been spawned right in the middle of a bunch of campers about 3 times already in just 2 games.

Man I stayed up hoping the would put them up in the wee hours of the morning but nooooo!! Check the iamfourtwozero site and they said 6:30am pst! MAN!!! That's 8:30am here, I gotta work!! BOOO! But to their credit, it was on time, I downloaded them but could play them in time... Such a tease!!

not fully. remember MS still "recommends" that DLC be paid for. You can think of it as you rewarding developers who worked so hard to get the maps ready for multiplayer.

also, they may be free maps available (the same ones now which cost) in the future. you pay to get it early as an early adopter. this applies to everything in life.

Hmm...

I'm on the fence. I want a new game, but do I get Assassin's Creed, RSV2 or COD4?

These maps would be a nice addition via the GOTY release, but still, a new multiplayer game, or some nice single player-ness.

I say COD4 would be the best bang for your buck although AC is an amazing game. I loved it but once your done with it your...pretty much done. So thats why I say COD4 is better, awesome single player campaign and the most popular MP game on LIVE. Theres a reason for that.

The map killhouse is not in the rotation of the new maps. This ticks me off. I payed $10 for 4 maps, not 3.

Just a note to you hardcore players out there... you cannot (yet) play these maps in any hardcore mode. They're only available in TDM and Team Objective via separate playlists.

I downloaded the maps about 10 hours ago and have tried to play them but when i go onto live it never selects a new map!!!! so despite playing for several hours i still havent seen them??? anyone else having this problem??

The downloads definitely completed and i dont get the option to download the through the COD menu so it must think they are working.

I can't download them, can't find it in the XBLM. And when I try to add my points I get an error.

Ok, after about 25 minutes of pressing 'A' rotating through 'Download now' and 'Cant get info from live' its finally downloading (and pretty quick too). So just keep pressing 'A'.

Also I expect they'll add the new maps to all the game types in the near future, so get used to them on TDM and then you'll be ready for when they appear on the other types.
