N+ devs working on new game
For those of us who have been following the N+ developer debacle, this newest interview will hold some new information to absorb. If you couldn't care less, then all you need to know is that the creators of N+ are at work on a new game tentatively called Robotology. The game is a 2D physics-based platformer with grappling hooks and articulated/simulated robots walking around. The graphics are to be similar to N+ in terms of style, but more complex overall, and with all plans currently open to change. No platform has yet been announced for Robotology. For those interested in the state of XBLA, the Metanet guys open up a bit more about their point of view. There's also plenty of question's concerning the development of N+ and fans of the game should find some of the questions rather interesting (ever wonder why your game might not always save?)

Ever wonder why your game might not always save?
Or why the online Co-op suffers from lag in titanic proportions.

Sorry, but this article isn't accurate.
N and N+ are two different games (But with the same gameplay). N was made by Metanet Software, and N+ was made by Slick Entertainment. Metanet software are making Robotology, not Slick Entertainment.
Therefore the N+ devs have nothing to do with this game. Just thought I'd point that out.

Slick Entertainment developed the XBLA port of N, while Metanet remained the publisher.
Great article, I did run into the saving issue (I guess I did the old Xbox guide->Y to quit or maybe I just hit the power button, I dunno) and had to replay 3 episodes. It wasn't so bad though but it was curious to have leaderboard times for levels the game said I didn't complete.

Also, Robotology was announced to be metanets next game WAY before even N+ came out. Furthermore, metanet has already stated that its being developed for the PC, and will be a "pay for" title unlike N which was free. They also announced that after robotology, their 3rd game will once again be a free title, and they will repeat this process of free, pay, free, pay for every game they make.
I dont quite see why robotology has anything to do with XBLA or the 360, as it is not for it.

Is it just me or does the n+ logo look like a person bending over? Maybe I've just been stuck in n+ for too long...

He's pretty clear that the game isn't announced for XBLA in the article. I'm not sure what the problem is there. I think it's pretty safe to talk about it here as it seems pretty likely consoles will see it at some point.
