Damnit, its not fair, life isnt worth having.
Aww man i love machinima.com
but in regards to the maps, wooooooooooo
HazyCloud @ Apr 8th 2008 3:16PM
I agree, machinima.com is awesome. I love Digital Pheer's "It's A Wonderful LIVE". Brilliant!
I'll be abusing these maps everyday until GTA 4 comes out. Then it will be about twice a week.

I am equally excited, despite not playing Halo 3 at all.
Knight Marquise @ Apr 8th 2008 3:06PM
Just the thing to get me back into Halo 3. Can't wait to play the new Sidewinder.
Josh @ Apr 8th 2008 3:25PM
Man, the 15th can't come soon enough.

Good picture... Instantly had Jello's voice going off in my head (Dead Kennedys - "Take this job and shove it").

I bought the last maps, but I'm skipping out on these. I don't pay for maps early to play ONLY them in an unranked playlist. They're only punishing the people who buy them, and then rewarding the people who wait. So I'll be waiting this time. Bungie needs to take a lesson from IW and COD4 on how to implement new maps.

Does that tag on the picture have anything to do with Office Space? The soundtrack for that movie had a song that repeated "take this job and shove it".

I think I'll purchase, I love "Lockout" and "Blackout" looks just as good.
Tyler @ Apr 9th 2008 11:35AM
Is it just me, or is Halo's art style and atmosphere moving away from its futuristic/sci-fi setting to more of something modern-day/realistic? To me, Blackout looks eerily similar to something you'd find in Call of Duty 4. The art style of a lot of the Halo 3 multiplayer maps just don't feel like "Halo" to me. If I want to play in a gritty, realistic setting, I'll play CoD4 or something like it. I play Halo because I want to play in a setting that is futuristic/sci-fi and isn't "realistic." Maybe I'm just nostalgic for the Halo 1 atmosphere and art style...

Really, I just think they're trying to add more diversity and variety. We all love the futuristic/sci-fi feel but every once in awhile it's nice to have a change of pace. Just my thoughts.
