Major Nelson just sent a note our way
informing us that a new
Universe at War: Earth Assault demo is available for download off the
Xbox Live Marketplace right this very moment. The demo is available to all Xbox Live subscribers, weighs in at a quite manageable 546MB and includes two of the three factions featured in the retail build. As always, we recommend you download, play, get an opinion then voice said opinion. Now, get to it!

A Console Port of a PC-based RTS...aww fuck it, I'll check it out anyway even though we all know it'll suck.

Didnt this game already come out in march? Not sure why a demo is needed months later. Unless sales for it were horrible.

Uhhm.... March was less than 15 days ago now.......

I've played the full thing and think in my opinion that if you like RTS then get it, the first couple of missions are fun. Destroying Massive Walker = Fun

currently my favorite game. yes it has some issues but man, the balance between the 3 factions is amazing. just like gsolid said, taking out a huge walker that's about to crush your base is insanely fun.

This game sucks. I've been trying to play for 1 hour and it can't find any online opponents. It's middle of day in US. Why can't they just make a single player demo to avoid me having to find opponents online to play against? These "XBox live" demos are the worst.
