Pre-order Ninja Gaiden II, get Halo 3 Legendary DLC for free

Thanks to X3F tipster Ben, we just came across a pretty awesome deal for future Ninja Gaiden II purchasers who are also interested in the newly released Halo 3 Legendary Map Pack. Circuit City is offering a FREE Legendary Map Pack redemption code (a 800 MS point value) to anyone who plops down a pre-order on Ninja Gaiden II. According to the offer details, the redemption code will be emailed to the pre-orderer within' a week's time, but if you don't mind waiting a few days, then this offer can't be beat. Free Halo 3 maps just for paying part of your Ninja Gaiden II purchase early and waiting a week? Sounds dandy great to us.

When do you get charged the amount for the game? Immediately or when the game ships?

When the game ships. CC may put a 1 dollar charge just to make sure the card is valid. You can also call CC just to make sure.

How much is the preorder? I mean, if it's a $5 preorder and you get a code worth $10 just place the preorder, get the code, and forget about it - just got the map pack for 50% off.

Except since they have your credit card number and your order, if you don't cancel you will get charged and will receive the game. Gotta cancel the order.

If you want the Legendary pack free and are wondering if you should plop down for the preorder for NGII, I suggest you take the plunge. If you played Ninja Gaiden before then you already know that you are making a solid purchase. If not, just know that it is some of the most intense, fluid, and satisfying action combat. And even for people that don't like the punishing difficulty they even have a true easy mode this time around.

What do you mean no? YES!! After I got the 1000gp my H3 playtime dropped BIG TIME I'm very sad to say. C'mon Bungie, hasnt anybody thought of this yet? Right now is the best time to do it too. The old map pack just became free, these maps are out now and with new achievements your sure to have an influx of LIVE users on H3. Did they just give up the crown to COD4 or WTF!! Fight damnit! Que the Rocky music!! lol

Just called them. No charge until game ships and you can cancel anytime up until game ships.

I just hit up the pre-order. I was definitely getting this game anyway so now I can just shuffle the money I already put on this at Gamestop over to GTA4 :D

CoD4 is my shooter of choice, but I still hit up Halo 3 for some good times so this is perfect for me. I get to play all the latest and greatest Halo maps even though I don't play it enough to justify the 10bux it otherwise would have cost me.

This is a great deal. I am a huge fan of both games. I already got the legendary pack( I waited up for em, lol). If I didnt have to wait for NGII in the mail I would do this and give the code away! I am going to bestbuy tuesday morning to swoop NGII. BTW NGII Is awesome! I do think everyone will be impressed by this
foray into the next installments of the series. Great action, great graphics. Music was pretty good , some monotonous parts. Sometimes bosses come off as "too easy for this part" but that is from playing on the "easy" setting. I can not wait to start my own game on medium and slash my way through the hours on this game.!
