New SSC Challenge DLC hits Live for Army of Two

That copy of Army of Two getting a little stale? Well, good news! Major Nelson just dropped word that new content is now available for EA's co-op action-shooter on the Xbox Live Marketplace.
For 600 MS Points ($7.50 US) gamers can add the SSC Challenge Map Pack to their experience. The package includes four two-player co-op maps which allows two teams to compete in the SSC Challenge versus mode for the chance to earn large boatloads of cash. You know, to help purchase that diamond studded shotgun you always wanted. Seriously, we always thought that Private Military corporations were filled with hardcore fighters with tons of baditude, not a bunch of guys who make-believe Pimp My Ride with their killing machines.
But hey, we canceled our subscription to Guns N' Ammo, so what do we know?

EA never ceases to amaze me. They ship a game, with probably the lowest multiplayer maps ever (like 3 wasn't it?) Pretty short single player campaign and then they release DLC to extend the game.. which you have to pay even more for. I feel sorry for people who actually bought the game. EA really should have made the first pieces of DLC free.

Yeah thats kind of an assy price. I do like this game though so when the regular co-op missions come out I'll pick them.

Well this game had a lot of content that was taken out in the Dec - March "Re-Release". Look back at some of the old SS and read reviews, the game went through a lot of transformation. This content was probably in there somehow they just re-worked it to get it ready for release. The price is a bit odd but not bad. I think 400 would have been a better choice to get players to pick it up, especially considering the game NEEDS another person.
Anyways, anyone get the pack yet? Is it worth it? I am highly considering getting it but doubt people will play it after Tues (GTA).
