Rock Band to get Mother Hips and Pumpkins DLC

HMXJohnlok, taking over hmxsean's duties, just announced next week's Rock Band DLC and what more can be said then it being smashing-mother-pumpkin-hips-tacular!
Available next Tuesday, April 29th for 160 Microsoft points each (and NOT available as a three pack) are master tracks from The Mother Hips including "Red Tandy" and "Time Sick Son of a Grizzly Bear" as well as the Smashing Pumpkins' "Zero". In other news, we are still in the dark regarding the release of The Who and Nirvana's full album DLC ... humph!

Zero... badass! I'd rather see full Pumpkins albums, though, and also some STP full albums. Core, anyone? That would be sweet.

Zero - Yes, although "Mayonaise" is better suited.
Mother Hips are a bonus material band. That crap should be free.

Agreed. I really appreciate their song on Rock Band, but those guys are MAKING their music Rock Band-able, which is mildly annoying and should be free bonus tracks if anything. At least create of mirage of free content...

There needs to be artists like Spoon, Beck, Gorillaz, Kings of Leon, Phoenix, and Arcade Fire on Rock Band. I'm not even naming off my favorite bands or anything, I'm just listing good artists that would work well as downloadable content and be profitable.

It's not like "Fuel" is anywhere near as good as the Metallica songs they've already released. I'd rather they hold back on that and bring in more stuff from black album-and-prior.

Well they arent doing a great job with the dlc but they are getting better i cant really complain, complaining never brought us any content nor will it:P
