Ubisoft confirms new Prince of Persia for holiday 08

Today Ubisoft announced that a new title in the Prince of Persia franchise will release this holiday season. The latest entry, which is simply titled Prince of Persia, is currently in development at Ubisoft Montreal and will launch on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
According to the publisher the latest installment in the franchise, "[opens] a new chapter in the Prince of Persia universe" and will feature a new style of gameplay "poised to rejuvenate the action-adventure genre." Along with the new gameplay Ubisoft promises a new "illustrative" art style. Well, color us excited.

Actually this is old news...very old. It's a prequel to the series entitled "Prodigy". Although your still cool as shit Xav lol.

Sorry man but this is just Prince of Persia. It's not Prodigy.

Weird that's very strange I have an issue of Game Informer saying something different. I guess we'll find out sooner or later what's going on. Could they be two different games? By the way I left you a comment on your blog you should check it out lol.

Leaked scans of the game shows that the game has an almost cel-shaded art style.
