Halo 3 doubles the EXP with Team Snipers
The new (and weekend limited) Halo 3 Team Snipers double EXP matchmaking playlist is live right now, will end sometime during the early morning hours this Monday and requires both the Heroic and Legendary Map packs. Secondary requirements for enjoying Team Snipers is a steady hand, a talent for shooting people's heads and we're sure a previous preference for the sniper rifle would help too. Have fun, rack up the EXP and earn that General Grade 3 already.

Shotty Snipers is a game type in this double EXP weekend. Why don't they give you a Beam Rifle and Human Sniper Rifle when playing the Team Snipers game type?

halo 3 is a 1-dimensional game as it is, let alone restricting to 1 weapon only.

Doug, explain to us all how Halo 3 is a one-dimensional game. Tell me how COD4 or even GTAIV differ all that greatly, or would you also say those games are one dimensional. Get back on WOW you terd.

Hmm again I played it the hour it came out and did not recieve x2 exp for my win, which is the same situation as the zombie weekend they had, but I haven't tryed it since so it's probably fixed.
