Yo could I create more than 1 character like I did in Oblivion like 5 characters in Fable or do I have to start over and make a new one?
Does this game have online Coopcause I know Too Human has it but does this?

Yes, Fable 2 will have Online Co-Op =P
You'll be able to go into your friend's world or have him/her come to yours.. You can just chill, do missions(probably), go on a killing spree, etc.
