Fanswag Weekly: Mass Effect Shepard statue

To help kick off the release of Mass Effect to the PC, the gracious folks over at Hyperchild have supplied us with a brand new, officially BioWare licensed and oh so limited Mass Effect Commander Shepard statue. The same collector's statue that we mentioned a few months back and the same statue that retails for lots of cashola! So, how can you score this amazing piece of Mass Effect memorabilia? Simply read and complete the entry rules below!
- Seeing that this giveaway is for die-hard Mass Effect fanboys, we want to know which character (besides everybody's favorite Commander Shepard ) you've come to love after experiencing the Mass Effect universe. Simply comment on this post telling us which Mass Effect character is your favorite and why.
- You can leave one comment per calendar day (Eastern time), but posters of multiple comments during the same day will be disqualified. We'll accept entries until Friday, May 30th at 12:00PM noon Eastern time. You must be at least 18 years old to enter. This giveaway is open only to residents of the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec).
- On Friday, we'll pick one winner via a random drawing
- One winner will receive a Mass Effect Commander Shepard statue, worth $100.

My favorite Character is Ashley, Shes a tough as nails marine, but she still has a soft weak side and i think that makes her a very dynamic character, not to mention shes a great marksman to have in a fight and she always got the job done for me

Wrex is probably the most memorable character from Mass Effect and the one I couldn't imagine the game without him. His puns, dry humor, and interesting personality made Wrex my favorite character from Mass Effect.

I gotta say Wrex. He was one of the more interesting and awesome characters, and he was funny. I couldn't stand playing the game with him, and actually went and reloaded a save when I accidentally got Ashely to kill him on Virmire.
Well now that I think about it I like most of the characters in the game, maybe bar Kaiden. I can't stand Kaiden because he has the same VA and Carth from Kotor, and I hated Carth in that game.

Ashley. Even though people complain ad nauseum about her being a "racist", she's written to be a lot more complicated than that. She has substantive moments with Shepard, debating their differing views on human/alien relations and waxing nostalgic about boot camp. Even though Ashley had different views from many people, at least she was intelligent and could argue her point.
From the previews, I was hoping that the Liara relationship was going to be better, but it turned out somewhat cold and more than a little contrived.

Tali. At first, I thought she was annoying as hell. But she proved her worth in and out of combat and my respect for her greatly increased. (I can't believe I'm talking like this about a video game character.)
