Joystiq plays Guitar Hero: Aerosmith
Joystiq managed to wrap their hands around a guitar and try out Guitar Hero: Aerosmith before its official release next month. The verdict: it's a lot like Guitar Hero III with a helluva lot more Aerosmith. There are new venues, some new characters, and other minor changes, but overall it's the same game (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). Head over to Joystiq to read their impressions and sneak a peak at GH: Aerosmith's track list.

Hmm...She Sells Sanctuary is on there. (If you don't know what that is, it was on VROCK on Vice City. Look it up on youtube.)
That's about the only song I would like to play.

+1 Deezul..this really bothers me. I will not be getting this expansion unless it somehow lands in my hands for free. Looks like their saving all their good stuff for GH:WT. But honestly, who else does not have room for another set of plastic instruments in their house?

wtf, i dont see Crazy or Amazing in that list even though it's partial, Amazing should still be on there, the solo is amazing and would be awesome to play!

I'd say it's bad that it plays just like GH III. For one, they're being extremely unimaginative here, and it's getting worse with each new game in the series. Also, I can't stand GH III! Viva la Rock Band!!

@Deezul: How is it more expensive to buy the entire disc? Buying songs as DLC ends up being About $2 per track. This game supposed will have at least 40 tracks, which would be $80 if bought individually. Now, that assumes you would buy all of the additional songs. But I would hardly call this a bad deal for people who are interested in most of the songs that will end up in the game.

I hate Def Leppard, and I play those songs the one time I have to when I do the levels. GH: AS has several DL songs that I could care less about.
Granted, the number of songs IS cheaper than Rock Band. But Rock Band gives your 4 instruments to choose from. GH? Not so much... I'll stick with RB DLC, thanks.

I might buy that...? What a waste of money every game they make no is getting less and less creative... Stupid fake looking characters and dumb looking main singer in GHIII that looks absolutely retarded. GH= EWWWW
more rock band plz
