Kaos announces new Frontlines: FoW DLC
Kaos Studios just confirmed that the new Fuel of War DLC has been sent to Microsoft cert and is awaiting the green light to release to the XBLM and is said to include five new multiplayer maps including Boneyard, Hindsight, Sunder, Wide Awake and Infiltration. We'd also like to say that seeing a developer support their game, no matter which game, after launch with DLC is cool in our book. Judgment free. Though, we'll reserve our developer praise until after the DLC pricing is revealed, because we're admittedly a bit touchy about things like the cost of content. Especially for games that didn't quite break into the popular Xbox Live multiplayer rotation .... just saying.

No, this game is not popular on XBL. You can rarely find a game and its kinda boring cuz the maps are HUGE and theres so few players on. The singleplayer was fun but the mp not so much.

Did they ever release a patch for the 360? I bought it and stopped playing it in a week because of the connection problems... if they didn't fix it, perhaps they shouldn't be announcing DLC.

I read at teamxbox a lot stopped due to red star is easy to spawn camp with auto turrits...which the patch is suppose to help with.
Will be interesting to see if any maps are included in free patch.
But the Patch was due out in April...so they better hurry

I like the game and I've been impressed with Kaos and the information pipeline that they've had out on their forums. Hopefully the patch addresses the voice communication shortfalls which have been my primary complaint with the game. It's a great game for people who have a regular group to play with. It requires a lot of teamwork and coordination.

this is a great game. the best FPS i've ever played on xbox. i really liked it and kept playing since its release. lots of vehicles and lots of gadgets and weapons like drones. it's really tactical so almost feel like playing big team co-op campaign. you still can find players on the official kaos servers. sure it has some balance issues but nonetheless its a great game and the devs gonna address it in next patch anyway. can't wait for playing on new maps!
