J Allard gets an extreme new corporate title: CXO

Mr. J Allard is now being referred to as Microsoft's CXO or Chief Experience Officer in charge of "technical architecture and user experiences related to products and services of the Entertainment and Devices (E&D) division" where he "oversees an incubation team that scouts new opportunities for the division." What that means exactly, we aren't sure. Though, we do know Allard's new CXO title has come in the wake of a the Zune brand getting a new corporate VP of which Allard used to be a part of. Now, the obvious question is whether or not Allard will use his experience and new CXO title to head up the Xbox 720 division. That said ... Bill Gates needs a replacement too.

the experience of sending away your RROD xbox elite to get fixed, getting it back within a week(which was nice) and then having your repaired unit RROD on you in 1 day... Well atleast futureshop has a nice 30 day return policy on electronics... So i think ill return whatever xbox they send back from microsoft repair.

The experience of having your 360 elite RROD on you, sending it for repair and getting back another 360 elite that RROD's in 2 days.

I was once at a hotel where the staff were referred to as experience managers. You ask them anything you want and they run around to do it, get it, arrange it etc. It makes sense.
Here? J is just going to get every apple product out there, experience how it should be done and then copy it into MS products. More like Chief Xerox Officer!
