Star Wars Battlefront III appears on Amazon

With Battlefront series creators Pandemic currently hard at work on Lord of the Rings: Conquest for their new bosses at EA, the question remains as to who will develop the third installment of the series. Joystiq surmises that it will be UK studio Rebellion, which was responsible for Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron for the PSP. Assuming the 2009 release date is even close to accurate, it looks like we'll have quite a while to find out.

I loved the first 2 games even though they didn't receive the best reviews.
I'm pretty sure Battlefront II is still in the top 10 original xbox games each week for live activity.

This is the one series that I am fine with them milking over and over and over. It's just that much fun. Note: Fun =/= Good game. Fun means I can sit there for hours on end and be entertained. Nothing else.

If they give it better graphics (of course), all the maps and some new ones, and the effects used in Force Unleashed, this game will be one of my favorite games of all time! And milk is good! Builds strong bones!
