E3 Rumor: Rock Band 2 setlist includes GNR 'Chinese Democracy' track

The track "Shackler's Revenge" is the song that's said to be a part of the game's setlist which releases later this Fall. Funny thing is, their album Chinese Democracy doesn't even have an official release date and is one of the most anticipated album releases ever. So, if this Rock Band 2 rumor ends up being true, this could also be proof that Axel and his jumbilation of a band could finally be releasing their album after nearly a decade in the making. We can't wait to hear what MTV and Harmonix have to announce tomorrow.
[Thanks, Willenholly]

gnr just isn't the same without slash.

They weren't overly bad with Buckethead but Axl Rose has always killed that band for me.

Also, been almost 14 years in the making. A little bit more than a decade.

Alas, my RROD this afternoon makes me unable to even consider anything announced this week at E3 - I'm too much in mourning. But if and when my 360 is resurrected, I'd be looking forward to this track, if only out of curiosity.

I know your pain. I am awaiting Microsoft to send back my third console to me. RRoD has killed me.
Jomolungma @ Jul 14th 2008 8:17AM
Well, this is my first RROD, so you've suffered more than I have. The problem is, I'm moving in 3 weeks, so I can't send the damn thing in right now on the off chance they get finished with it quickly - I won't know what address they should send it back to! So I have to wait at least a week to make sure I'll be at my new address before the earliest they could be done with it. :-(

Will it also include a playable demo of Duke Nukem Forever?
Nick @ Jul 14th 2008 10:17AM
Hah! indeed.
I'm amazed that anyone even CARES. It's so overhyped, and so overdelayed that it's just a joke
hellvector @ Jul 14th 2008 12:18AM
Sorry, just can't really be excited. Slash was amazing, Buckethead was amazing, but I can't stand Axl.
Now the rumor of AC/DC, and what I've seen hinting at TNT being on the tracklist, now that's something I can get excited about>
allhopeisgone @ Jul 14th 2008 2:19AM
shacklers revenge is actually a buckethead song, was never released officially though, althought buckethead has a song called shackler on one of his cds
