E308: Fable 2 trailer

Finally confirming our long standing suspicion of online co-op, Fable 2 was a major focus for Microsoft during its E3 2008 press conference. The trailer shown, now available on the Xbox Live Marketplace, showcases the storyline that weaves throughout the game. A tale of vengeance where you can choose to seek revenge for the wrongs done to you or rise above and help those in need. Fable 2 is set to hit stores this October.

It sounds a bit like Zoe Wannamaker actually - a British actress who played the Quidditch teacher in the first Harry Potter film.

She was also Dr Chakwas (or something like that, I forget) in Mass Effect, if it was her. I haven't watched the trailer yet, can't spare the bandwidth :P

This looks pretty dam good, this will most likely be the game I actually buy for the year and will quite happily sacrifice food for a couple of weeks at college. Who needs food when you have a dog and online co-op.

damn, between Star Ocean, Fable 2, Infinite Undiscovery, as well as Last Remnant and FF 13, the 360 is getting some mighty fine RPG lovin. :D

I was actually attached to this game forcefully, when my french exchange student MADE ME play through the game in a week, and i cant wait for this one, in a nutshell i was raped by fable 1 and now i want more. I cry myself to sleep.

I never played the first Fable, but the gameplay must be really good to be so popular because these graphics don't look THAT great and the action seems kinda slow. Someone enlighten me maybe?
