Get comfortable, grab an extra pair of pants and glue your face to your computer screen (seriously, get the glue out), because today is the day Xbox 360 fanboys have all been waiting for. E3 2008 is kicking into high gear, because in mere hours, Microsoft will be taking the stage and revealing all their E3 secrets. A new
Bungie game? Some
avatars? Maybe
Lips? Nobody knows, but we're certain Microsoft's E3 press conference will be kicking off this afternoon at 1:30PM eastern (10:30AM pacific) and we'll be blogging live! No, not live-blogging (
Joystiq will be doing that), instead Richard and Dustin will both be participating in a live-chat. Think of it as a candid chat, where we'll be posting commentary of what we see on stage while it happens and (even better) you'll be able to interact by posting your own messages. It's like a big Microsoft E3 conference fanboy chat that's guaranteed to be good times. Oh, don't forget to play
BINGO too.
Remember, Microsoft's E3 press conference will start today at 1:30PM eastern, so make sure to be here prior to and during the conference to experience our live-chat. See you here.

I can't wait. Microsoft's E3 press conference is one of my favorite things of the year!
Anticrawl @ Jul 14th 2008 11:57AM
Now when you say live-chat, are you hosting a Skype cast or something?
drewsny @ Jul 14th 2008 12:01PM
that is what i am wondering, is it skype or what is it
Profsr Chaos @ Jul 14th 2008 12:02PM
sweet!
Zac LaCombe @ Jul 14th 2008 12:17PM
Yeah, I was also wondering that. Is it going to be an actual chat? Or are you guys just going to constantly update a post with us replying?
Profsr Chaos @ Jul 14th 2008 12:04PM
Im recording it at home, sweetness!

Is G4TV the only channel doing E3 coverage? Because it shows it being on from 1 to 3:30 (eastern time). Microsoft's press conference doesn't even start until 1:30, are they actually gonna show all 3 press conferences on g4? Just doesn't seem like enough time. I don't care about Sony or Nintendo as much but I still want to see them all. Just curious. If anyone knows please tell me. Thanks. :)

Sony and Nintendo's press conferences are tomorrow.

Okay, where?
Tony @ Jul 14th 2008 12:24PM
Nice, have fun.

I fear it will be a letdown as usual. Everything MS has is always guessed or leaked weeks in advance. I hope I'm wrong though.
Hala Madrid!! (Madrileno hasta la muerte!) @ Jul 14th 2008 12:38PM
Any links for that live chat? Or I'll be right here?
GRT @ Jul 14th 2008 12:41PM
If you miss it today, I think G4TV is re-running it this evening. The 1 time all year I tune into G4 is during E3.
Ryan Hartman @ Jul 14th 2008 12:54PM
So is this like a cyber-ing thing? Sweet.
Hey Dustin, what are you wearing?
Anticrawl @ Jul 14th 2008 12:58PM

GameSpot is overloaded. Can't access the site, let alone their live stream.

Oh god....what did they do the dashboard.....that guide better stay the same. I can't stand it, no background or anything for the dashboard.....I miss themes that I blew my money on and I liked the simplicity of just starting up a chat really easily off of a list and chatting. This is by far the worst part of the briefing.
