Tempting, actually. I was planning on waiting but the CE sounds good.
xlxctxlx @ Aug 7th 2008 12:16PM

Tony @ Aug 7th 2008 1:03PM
I'll pre-order for the pub games, why not?
Not interested in the rest of the stuff though. I have those two 360 Qees and I'm happy :)
Jonah Falcon @ Aug 7th 2008 4:40PM
You've won every Qee from X3F, haven't you.
AoE @ Aug 7th 2008 1:14PM
I love that they called it out as a "Collectible Hobbe Qee figurine"... Isn't collectible implied?
MC Double Def DP @ Aug 7th 2008 1:46PM
you can preorder for the pub games, then cancel your preorder if you're not sure you want it... but that would not be honest!
Jonah Falcon @ Aug 7th 2008 4:40PM
No. You'll be charged for the $10 for Pub Games - the $10 is deducted from the Fable 2 purchase.
todd @ Aug 7th 2008 2:20PM
Reserve on the 11th to get the pub games for free via GS.
W.Breaker @ Aug 7th 2008 2:21PM
Alright I'm more of a fps guy but i wanna start playing an rpg type of game, even though i never played the last one ever would you reccomend this to me??
Clinton oxendine @ Aug 7th 2008 2:52PM
yes i would its going to be great
MC Double Def DP @ Aug 7th 2008 3:37PM
yes this is a very action heavy RPG and a good introductionary RPG style game for FPS players. I believe it will even have FPS style attacks, such as FPS view for aiming with crossbows.
Tom @ Aug 7th 2008 9:55PM
Yes, it's a great RPG with enough action crammed into it that you'd probably like it. And it doesn't seem like it closely follows the original fable's plotline, but it's just set in the same location. In the future.
That SE doesn't look that special for an extra 20 bucks. Now I'll definitely reserve the game though to get the pub games.

Wow that is total BS it's realsed eariler in the us even though the company who is making lion head is a uk based company wtf lion head!
Jonah Falcon @ Aug 7th 2008 4:41PM
Most videogames are released first in North America. That's where the money is.
PC games are starting to be released first in Europe because PC gaming is much more popular there now.
Elite wing @ Aug 7th 2008 7:24PM
Jonah Falcon I totally disagree with that sentence it's been proven that europen gamers spend far more money on games then in north america.
Fire Fawkes @ Aug 7th 2008 3:58PM
I've actually had this preordered for awhile now via Gamestop, (same price and even the content listing was correct, just a wrong release date, I believe they said the 2nd of October). It's nice to finally have an image to associate with the whole package.
Sentox6 @ Aug 7th 2008 4:37PM
I'm so tempted to swap to the collector's edition; but to be honest, I think the regular edition has better cover art, and it'll fit in my DVD tower. Sounds like a silly reason, but having special editions of things lying all over the place because they're too big is actually annoying :(
Jonah Falcon @ Aug 7th 2008 4:39PM
Please don't be broken.
Although the jump-in, jump-out seems to be a cool alternative to Second Life (albeit on a smaller scale.)
RockerAnimeFreak @ Aug 7th 2008 8:36PM
LOL you can preorder the regular edition from gs for 5 bucks and get pub games free instead of paying 10 bucks for pub games! =)

filpaul @ Aug 26th 2008 11:42PM
Notice!!
If you preordered before last week you need to login to your account and update your shipping preference to Release-Date Delivery.
This option was not avaliable when I preordered, but it is now. Check to see if there is any difference in shipping charges, it's free for me with Prime.
Cameron @ Sep 21st 2008 4:38AM
Woot i pre-ordered the Limited Edition the first day I saw the box at the store XD But the crappy thing is that my mum threw away my ethernet cable because she hates cords running through the house so I wont be able to download the extra features until i get a new one... which wont be in a while...
