360 Deals: 1600 MS points for $15 and more

It's the week Xbox Live Arcade purchasers have been looking forward to, because Target stores are selling 1600 Microsoft points cards for the oh so nice price of $15. But that's not all, they also have CoD4, Battlefield: Bad Company or Army of Two for $50 and are also giving away $40 gift cards with the purchase of any Xbox 360 console and Madden 09. Best Buy has a similar deal, where if you buy an Xbox 360 console and Madden 09 they'll throw in a free wireless controller. Other than that and Turok for $30, Best Buy's 360 deals are kind of lacking this week. Over at Circuit City, they're selling CoD4 for $40, Gears of War for $30, Juiced for $15, and giving away a free mini football with Madden 09 or a free $5 gift card if you purchase Madden 09 online. Finally, Circuit City is handing out free $30 gift card with the purchase of any Xbox 360 console.Happy shopping and be sure to stock up on those cheap Microsoft points, because as you're well aware, Castle Crashers is releasing soon!

Wireless controllers are also $24.98 in some stores right now (worth checking out if you are going up there anyways). Thing is, not with the white controllers, only with the pink and blue ones.

I will send you 20 dollars and a copy of COD2 and Shadowrun if you don't buy COD4. Don't feed that worthless game your cash. It's COD2 with gimmicks attached. How can a game tout itself as modern warfare without any modern warfare? There is nothing fucking modern about the gameplay in COD4. Not a damn thing. You want an innovative shooter that brings something new to the table and doesn't lie about what it is buy Shadowrun. Tossing random grenades in the sky and running mindlessly into the open makes since for a WWII shooter but in today’s time soldiers are too valuable and countries are too afraid of collateral damage. Thus COD4 does not equal Modern Warfare. COD4 fans and players are the biggest chumps on Xbox Live, without a doubt. Not that the game is bad, sure it’s fun in its own right. But you are playing a lie, and you paid for a lie. Save your money and buy the same game (COD2) but without the lies attached and with less gimmick.

Also clearly people have never caught on but most stores (especially Circuit City) always have the 360 controller in Windows Live packaging almost half off. That is a 360 wireless controller WITH the recieiver for half the price of a stand alone 360 wireless controller. And yes they obviously work with the 360.
I just want a fucking wired 360 controller that doesn't cost 40 dollars. I hate the wireless ones. I snap the chatpad on my wired one and it weighs the same while feeling more comfortable in my hands thanks to the lack of a battery pack.

Sweet - I spent my last points from their last sale like this on Braid (or Brain, if you prefer, or maybe even Brian).
Last time I got 6400 points (i.e. saved $20 - got a 1600pt card for free). Think I might up that this time, and make sure I make the most of this sale...
