Pirates vs. Ninjas Dodgeball releases Sept 3rd

After experiencing a delay or two, Gamecock has finally revealed the release date for their sure to be XBLA hit, Pirates vs. Ninjas Dodgeball, and it's coming sooner than you expect. The newly new official Dodgeball release date is Wednesday, September 3rd with pricing still yet to be announced. Remember too that not only are pirates and ninjas featured in the game, but we've already heard that zombies AND robots will be tossing around red balls too. Insta-buy? Maybe ... but only if the game's dodgeball physics engine is up to par and if there's an option to always have ninjas win.Gallery: Pirates Vs. Ninjas Dodgeball (XBLA)

I agree. I think the whole game comes down to the physics and the multiplayer.

its going to have come compitition with Shred Nebula because that comes out the same day.

Might as well toss in Chuck Norris and make Chocolate Rain the main menu theme, just complete the circle of tired internet joke themes.
Though if the gameplay is better than the humor, sure, yeah, I'm down for a game of dodgeball.

Uh Chuck Norris already is in it, at least in the form of an achievement.
I would be very surprised if this game turned out to be decent, I think Gamecock is pretty lame especially after they ruined Ken Levine's acceptance speech that one time.

From what I've seen this game is already tons better than that other dodgeball game that was released a few weeks back.
Although by the time this comes out I will be in CastleCrashers enduced bliss.

The video that released to XBLA a few weeks ago completely put me off this - I'll give the demo a whirl, but I'm not hopeful...
