Video: Too Human's crazy combos

A new video of Too Human dropped on GameTrailers today. With the release of the game (finally) only a week away, we figured we'd give it one last look before we dig our claws into the real thing. The video in question covers the game's combo system. While anyone who wants to has had a chance to test it out for themselves with the Too Human demo, the video shows off the kinds of stunts Baldur can pull off at higher levels. Watch the video and see him zipping everywhere at once in a seemingly never ending string of attacks, even taking some time to land some spiffy air combos. Have a look and start counting the days.

Luckily the lady I game with loves close range melee combat and I'm more of a long-range pistol/rifle peddler. Will be a great combo for co-op.

I hope you have 2 360's like me. I dont like my lady will like the combat as much though. Guess I will have to find someone else to play with.

I hate to say this, but I'm so far underimpressed with Too Human.

I played the demo through, and it's really hard to not be able to easily control the camera (right bumper + right trigger stick does NOT allow freelook!) and the fighting doesn't seem incredibly intuitive. I had problems "locking on" properly without me wanting to rip the camera out, jump on it, beat it up some more, jump on it again and so forth.

Shooting also seemed wacky... I just couldn't get it.

And the graphics? OY! I'm sorry, after Gears of War (which is just about 3 years old) and Mass Effect - going back to Eternal Darkness graphics makes me just scratch my head.

Don't worry Nick I agree with ya. Tried the demo out a couple of times, and although I think the graphics are fine, the combat's pretty unimpressive. Maybe it's beter when you're a higher level, but I don't want to be bored out of my mind until that point comes.

Glad I'm not alone, Tom. I really want the game to hook me in, I'm looking for a unique co-op playing experience, but I'm not going to buy it just BECAUSE of that if it sucks.

Well, 6 more days before people fully try it out and see if it's worth what it's cracked up to be, right?

i liked it and i plan on getting it for the fact that until fable 2 comes out this will hold me over besides that i really liked the fighting system

This look stupid. The 'combos' are just either him rushing to an enemy, or knocking one single enemy into the air and then hitting it some more while airborne. BOR-ING. I've been following this game because it's been hyped up, but I have to say after playing the demo and watching the videos, it looks like garbage.

I don't know what it is about this game, but it got me right away. I tended to ignore the naysayers and the usual glut of internet negativity.

Not that I'm saying that this game looks like it's any deeper then Jenna Jameson's va-jay-jay, but just like Diablo, I got's to have me my loot.
