Rush Rock Band DLC experiencing 'technical difficulties'

If your Tuesday morning ritual mirrors that of ours, where we sign onto Xbox Live to browse the XBLM's new Rock Band downloadable content, then you too were as shocked as us. Because, lo and behold, there is no new Rush Moving Pictures Rock Band album DLC on the XBLM this morning. Sad ... we know. Harmonix has informed us that due to some "technical difficulties", the promised Rush DLC did not make it onto the Marketplace as scheduled but that the "difficulties" are being ironed out. We wait patiently, on the edge of our seats, for the release of the original master of "Tom Sawyer" ... HURRY UP HARMONIX!

I read that it was going to be 880 points. Well, technically, x360fb had it at 8800 at one point, but I guess that turned out to be "too pricey"... :-)

I put credits back on my account last night so I could start the download this morning...

I drove home at lunch so I could start the download during the middle of the day...

I am trying to find a way to sneak out early so I can start the download now.

Does anyone know if it is online yet?

Just got home from work at 5:15pm ( Pacific )and it's not up yet. Hopefully it gets put up today / tonight. This will make for a great DLC week. I just downloaded Y's for the Wii VC. It's hard to believe that game is 18 years old. Even harder to believe I played it 18 years ago.

What the hell are they doing? I didn't buy the game with the promise of new DLC every week for this nonsense. Shame on harmonix. Also shame on Xbox for advertising it all over the dashboard yesterday. I was more excited to get the whole Moving Pictures album than any other download to date. I am DEEPLY disappointed!

We'll be working on it as hard as we can, but it looks like it could be a couple of weeks to fix. In the meantime we will be moving around our schedule so we still have DLC coming out each week (including this week, info to follow in another announcement).

Look forward to some exciting news this weekend, from PAX and elsewhere."
