When the Battlestar Galactic is plummeting towards the planet New Caprica, all the Vipers launch out, and Admiral Adama does an "atmo" jump 10 feet from the ground.

Hate to repeat an almost trite response, but the first attack on the Death Star the only space battle I can really remember, and it's an enjoyable watch for me each time.
