Things on Wheels takes racing to the restroom

Southpeak and Load Inc. just sent us a fresh batch of screenshots for their upcoming XBLA RC racer Things on Wheels. And, if you take a gander through the new screens, you'll see that RC racers can in fact race on hardwood floors AND near the toilet. Also, if you're the achievement type, check out a list of ToW achievements after the break. Screenshots below, achievements after break ... GO!

ToW Go - 5GS - Finish any race, any place, any rule. Yep, pretty much a given achievement!
ToW Champ - 15GS - You must win the last race of the Citrus Cup.
ToW Day - 10GS - Read the last page of the blog.
ToW Tunes - 15GS - Run into the jukebox to turn it on in 'Get first or die trying'.
Mad Crash - 15GS - Find the Mad Tracks car in 'World of Wheels' and ram it.
ToW Fall - 15GS - Race 'Shake your body', drive in the bidet and finish the race.
ToW Hero - 20GS - Race 'Wheel master' (3 laps) and win against 5 hard AI 4 times consecutively. Race rule!
ToW Star - 40GS - Beat 58 seconds on one single lap of 'Gran ToWrismo'. Solo race rules!
ToW Off - 20GS - Rank in the top 10 of any 'against the clock' leaderboard.
ToW Gether - 10GS - Play a co-op race with a human player online or split screen.
ToW Less - 20GS - Win race 'RosWheel' without picking up any bonus.
ToW For Life - 15GS - Complete 50 races lifetime

What is the difference between this and Mad Tracks?

Mad Tracks was a mini game title. You could play pool, foosball, darts, bowling, etc. (with some racing too). Overall, the gaming experience was very arcady, much like a Nintendo game.
ToW is a straightforward racing game. You will be able to get very competitive in it. Other changes include a totaly new graphic engine, new lobby management and more.
The good thing (on wheel) is that you'll have a great trial version to make your own opinion!

Anyways, Did Southpeak make Roogoo or was it something else?
Either way I know I have a game in my arcade by Southpeak just can't remember what game it was.

Maybe the multiplayer lobby won't be completely useless like it was in Mad Tracks (and they never fixed it.) Honestly, I don't trust these guys. If the demo doesn't have multiplayer so I can find out it doesn't suck, I won't buy it.

Hey!!
ToW is a racing game focusing on a more competitive gameplay. The online lobby was completely revamped :)
Unfortunately, we can't have Live multiplayer in the trial version. Try it anyway and tell us what you think.
