Rock Band: Megadeth album and RB Tour DLC

As is tradition on Fridays, Harmonix just announced next weeks Rock Band DLC which is sort of special seeing that Rock Band 2 releases this weekend. Available on Tuesday, September 16th will be the entire seven song Megadeth album Peace Sells...But Who's Buying? which, if purchased together, will cost you 880 Microsoft points. Not only that, but four additional DLC tracks from the bands of the Rock Band tour will be released for a promotional 80 MS point price. Complete DLC listing below ...

Well the emo DC song is by far the worst (makes one contemplate suicide) song to ever grace RB imo. Though everyone or most i play with in the college rec room knows/likes the rest of this music so while not excited myself, this week is a nice plus.

Variety and nice quantity of songs. Thanks harm.

Wait, you're saying the Dashboard Confessional makes one want to kill themselves (or at least think about it?) Have you heard the song? I personally think it's a cheerful little tune. Actually one of my favorite songs (just for the record, two-thirds of my cd collection is either hardcore, metal, or a combination of the two.)

I would admit if i had to listen to any single song from DC, it would indeed be this one. However, the nature of many (most?) of their songs is depressing (again, imo) as well as the often squeeky nature of the lead singers voice. This song is upbeat i suppose, it's just that sulking 'lost love' agony in his voice i am not keen on hearing. Maybe only me hears it like that haha. My brother loves DC, and at home i had to listen to it days on end for months and again every year or so, so peg that to my dislike if one wants to.

Then again, i did not like Further Seems Forever when he was the lead singer in that band, yet when he left and they replaced him, their cd "Hide Nothing" (feel free to bash) i love.

Hands Down isn't depressing at all. Its an upbeat song about the best first date the singer ever had. Simple as that, and its actually one of their best songs. Now if they just added Vindicated on there thats all they would need from that band on Rock Band.
