Duke Nukem kicks the XBLA's a** and chews bubble gum on Sept 24th
Wednesday, September 24th. According to developer 3D Realms, that's the Xbox Live Arcade release date for Duke Nukem 3D. Duke 3D with saved films and a rewind feature! Huzzah! Just keep in mind that this isn't an official Microsoft release date announcement, so there's a 3% chance this release date could be wrong. And as far as pricing goes, that's still undecided, but 3D Realms promises to announce it in "a very short time."[Thanks, to everyone who sent this in]

That was pretty much when the game was released.

Absolutely awesome. XD I spent many a day playing Duke Nukem 3D when I was a kid. (Even though it wasn't a kid's game. >_>;; Blame the parents!!)
I can't wait for this though. Nostalgia is best when it's paired with a great game.

What resolution will the game run at, has that been said?
DemonGSides @ Sep 14th 2008 3:30PM
How about a price tag of free, since I'm POSITIVE everyone has played this game.
joeybeast @ Sep 15th 2008 11:26AM
I for one, have not.

What kind of justification is that DemonGSides?

Im sure itll arrive by the 24th of sept. Duke Nukem is a very punctual guy.
frumpsnake @ Sep 15th 2008 5:32AM
I might care if it was still a 13 year old circa 1996, impressed by Duke's swearing, in-game strippers, and the superiority of the Build engine over the Doom engine.
I'm not and I don't.

Eh, Duke Nukem is still a challenging FPS with good weapons and good level layouts. Duke himself is relatively funny in a stupid kind of way, but the game was good for important reasons too.
So I'm still interested.
gayboyDS @ Sep 15th 2008 6:37PM
Look at that image of Duke! That boy is gayer than the guy I look at in the mirror every morning! And I should know girls! If this Duke is really nuken' 'em, he is using gaydar to track them! And that's fine by me! I'll be happy to help Dukey-Poo sink his missiles! OOOGA!!

Ah.... hmmmmmm....
Your post was a little , well, kinda....
I've got nothing
Simon @ Sep 18th 2008 5:03PM
All that's keeping me from getting this game is the price, since I don't see it anywhere in the article...
Can't wait.
