So does microsoft charge you for the downtime?
Or do the cool cats with a gold account get 24 hours added onto their subscription?
I've never really been too much of an online gamer for this to affect me. But I've always been curious.

If it's unscheduled downtime (which this is not since they're warning us now) they sometimes give something back. If scheduled generally nothing... that's right, MS is stealing 14 cents from us all! The horror!

I think I've finished 3 or 4 games of Risk in my life. The longest took about 10-12 hours (I'm not kidding)

I think they should team up with Lux Delux, they allow map creation and AI customization among other things. I would pay 1600 for it.
