Molyneux makes it official, Fable 2 has gone gold!

Lionhead's Peter Molyneux just confirmed with videogamer.com that Fable 2 is officially finished, has gone gold and is ready to be pressed to disc. Congrats to all!

"We are now officially gold. It's released to manufacturing. Fable is absolutely finished and done and dusted" said Molyneux, who admitted that he and his team were all headed to the pub to celebrate their accomplishment. Again, congratulations to the Lionhead team for getting Fable 2 out the door in time for its October 21st release. We think we're going to celebrate by playing some Pub Games and hoping that Lionhead delivers with their latest Fable installment. Fingers crossed!

Fable was so awesome, this..dead space, Saints Row 2 all out the same month..oh what a busy time of the year it is for gaming.

I really hope the co-op isn't laggy and unplayable. Patches seem to take a long time, as Castle Crashers has shown.

well, he gave it a 9/10, called the first game terrible, said that everything about it is fixed in this sequel.

the composer beat the game, cried, claimed it was the best game he had ever played(do composers play videogames adamantly?).

and the dog has to be the greatest thing that happened to this type of game. even if the game failed, i'd still buy it for that...and hot, steamy, bar wench sex.
