The Abrax: Golden Axe's purple chicken evolved?

Sega has released a new video featuring one of the new beasts in Golden Axe: Beast Rider. As the title implies, the beast in question can be ridden. Called the Abrax, the beast looks to be something of an amalgamation of the dragons and the purple chicken-lizard thing from the original arcade game. It has a variety of abilities, including a tail whip, fire breath, and fireballs that take on the properties of mortar shells. All in all, the Abrax looks like a pretty sweet ride, although we can't help but feel something's missing.

Yes its comfirmed that there will be no multiplayer in this game.

Why? Why no multiplayer?! Sega/Secret Level, why do you do this to us? The game looks like good stuff otherwise... but why remove the very best bit of Golden Axe?! Why must you fuck with us like this?

Totally, seems like they've missed a trick with no multiplayer. Well I for one won't buy it now,and i would have done if it had multiplayer!

Whats the fu***g problem with no multiplayer ?
every single game people just care about multiplayer.. all the time.. it's not everygame that launch that will have multiplayer. This is a single player game , why someone would like to play multiplayer ? this game is for you to sit down and enjoy , i hate those guys: NO MULTIPLAYER ? IM NOT GETTING IT ! , so dont get it !!! its your problem , your are not playing the game , not me. people want multiplayer for every single game. Bioshock have multiplayer ? because of that you didnt get it ? bunch of cry babies.

Did you play the original golden axe? Yes, its fucking amazing, but for some of us it brings back memories. Me and my father would play golden axe together and thats a great memory. I was excited and looking forward to this new golden axe since they first announced it. Time went by and BOOM no multiplayer. What the fuck? Golden Axe is all about multiplayer any fan could tell you. You dumb piece of shit.
