through the power of youtube i fould that 'kick start my heart' is the only one i know. however, after the recent exploration of their music, i'm confident saying Motley Crue is not my 'type' of music.

I am more curious when they are going to inform us what the 20 song DLC you get with the purchase of the disc is. It makes me not want to buy any DLC songs in case they include songs that are already out in the marketplace. (Please dont just be a bunch of random no name songs pleaseeeeee, except I want Radium Eyes more than any song ever. Best worst song on the planet!)

The 20 Free songs are going to be new, and they won't be "No-Name" songs, but they probably will be obscure songs.
They almost definitely won't be "Harmonix bands", or at least not more than a few.
If they gave out 20 free downloads of songs already available, how would that help them get closer to their 500 songs by the end of the year?

I call bullshit, there's been way too much Motley Crue already, they're not even that good, and this has one, maybe two well known songs as far as I'm aware. Poor effort, especially after The Offspring pack was gimped, I'm sure there were supposed to be 6 tracks. And what happened to the Madden soundtrack ending up on Rock Band?

Please see comment below. Should have been a reply.

As a member of the tiny minority that couldn't care less about music games, if we have to hear about every single little DLC track for Rockband and GH, can you at least post DLC news for other titles? I was super excited when I accidently stumbled upon a free map for Civ Rev and yet disappointed that trusty sites like X3F totally ignored it.
dunnypop @ Oct 10th 2008 3:19PM
there's a free map for Civ?
Matt (DXL540) @ Oct 10th 2008 4:20PM
My point exactly. :)

Major Nelson's site does a good job of updating all new downloads, outside of movies and TV shows.

Rookie indeed. The Crue effin' rawks.
