Rock Band 2 AC/DC achievements add 250GS

Achievements for the Walmart exclusive expansion Rock Band 2: AC/DC Live have made their way onto the internet and we now know that the game is being treated as an all out expansion as far as achievements go.AC/DC Live will only add twelve new achievements (viewable after the jump) worth 250 Gamerscore, which is the maximum Gamerscore a game expansion can offer. Interesting is the fact that the achievements do not all pertain to the AC/DC Live songs, as some actually refer to purchasable DLC. So, Rock Band 2 owners will be receiving a few more achievement challenges without an AC/DC Live purchase.

One more thing. None of the AC/DC cheevos pertain to any downloadable content. Are you referring to the other link I sent you?

Do we think the RB2 Track Pack 2 is possibly the free download from purchasing the RB2 disc? (Or has that been made official somewhere and I missed it?)

No, the tracks from RB2 are going to be free DLC from artists not on the RB2 disc. The track pack vol. 2 contains songs already available as DLC. It's for those without an internet connection.

So if 250 is the max extra, how is Halo 3 now marked as having 1750 Achievement points?

250 is the max for an expansion pack, halo 3 is a complete game

Wait, what? So just simply say "We want more points in the game, but it's not an expansion, even though to get all of them you will have to buy new maps that EXPAND the game. But it's not an EXPANSION."

You can add 250 GS from large downloads that increase the game's size. So, the map packs of halo added them because they added quite a bit of content, unlike a LOT of publisher's DLC

I like that between Rock Band 1, 2, Track Pack 2 and the AC/DC pack, people can get the 100% Guitar/Bass/Drums/Vocals achivements 4 times. How about a little originality?

Let me reiterate;
The halo expansions each add 250, so 250 of the points that are on the Halo 3 GS possibility haven't come out yet, since the Mythic map pack hasn't been released yet.

That makes sense - but I thought that you could only add a MAX of 250, not 250 per expansion. But how is 3 maps that H3 added = 250 more points? It didn't add GAME play, like Mass Effect's DLC did - and it was only 50 points. We'll see what comes from the GTA IV DLC, whether it's 50 or 250.

they should make a game like guitar hero and rockband but called legend and it will have cool music now and backthen like kanye west,akon,and from the 90s,80s,70s they should have like we will we will rock you and the other top voted music and it could have drums,guitar,microphone,flute,any of the musicul instruments that why the should make. HEY MICROSOFT MAKE THIS IDEA BEFORE ANYONE ELSE TAKES IT
