Obama leads the Xbox Live voting race

As Election Day (in the U.S.) progresses, local and cable news stations are reporting on the tallies, numbers, facts and polling figures. But news stations aren't the only ones getting in on the election reporting, Microsoft and their Xbox Live election campaign just released the latest Xbox Live presidential voting numbers and Barack Obama is leading the race.

According to the number of election gamer picture downloads off the XBLM (where one download equals one vote for the candidate), Obama is leading the race by a whopping 20%. The unofficial Live poll numbers were taken from the weekend of October 31st and have Obama / Biden at 53%, McCain / Palin at 33% and Undecided / Other at 14%. I'm a sucker then! I had a 1/2 hr wait at my local polling place (an old folks home) I got to meet a bunch of my neighbors that I probably never would have otherwise, had a nice chat, got a phone number of a cute chick, and got a sticker! All in all I enjoyed being a sucker.

Ah yes, going back to the tax rate that was during the Clinton era is indeed, socialist. BTW, McCain originally opposed those tax cuts, so that makes him a socialist too. Also, what about social security, medicare, schools, unemployment, etc.....guess what, there are already many socialist aspects of our society jackass, and we are doing just fine.

As for your ACORN/radical propaganda, maybe the media isn't dwelling on it because a.) no one cares and b.) 99.9% of it is false or exaggerated.

I can't imagine it being any worse to be quite honest. Already lost 60% of my IRA over the past year, economy is unstable, we're in 2 wars with our military stretched thin, no national health care, social security drying up, fuel prices rising... lots of things to fix, don't know what dream world you're living in but its not the America I live in.

I respect your opinion, but imo Palin is not as 'dumb' as people think she is. Also, itd be nice if the media covered ALL the Biden gaffes or idiotic statements made by him. Most you and others have not even heard because the media would rather make headline news of everything Palin says that looks bad.

And frankly, my biggest concern is the Presidency. And the path Obama really wants to take this country is scary. And it is very unfortunate some people, including the media cant or wont or havent tied everything together. I think it is pretty clear what he plans, some not so clear, but again, he gets a media pass from those type of questions.

Things now are bad Obama has won me over based on his character. I believe the man and what he says. I didn't want to vote for the guy off the back because I'm African American and didn't want to get tied in with the people who are voting for him only because he is African American.

The more I listened to his speeches and stance the more I began to believe he was the right canidate for me. Is it the wrong choice? Who knows, and honestly who can say? This is why I hate politics people can't just accept that someone else has a difference of opinion than their own.

ALL POLITICIANS have some skeletons in their closet but you have to vote for someone.
