McFarlane unveils final Halo Wars figure sculpts

Recently, McFarlane unveiled the final sculpts for the mini Halo Wars figures that they announced back in September and, with the unveil, announced the pricing will be between $9.99 and $11.99.
You can view all four sets of new Halo Wars mini-figures including the traditional UNSC troops along with blue and red variants as well as a set of purple Covenant. Seriously, how adorable is that purple Grunt? Each set includes three 2.5" figures with various weapons and will release to retail March 2009.

Just in time for no one to care.
I hate because I love - at least new Gears figures come out, oh, when the new Gears game comes out. How novel!

Still, I guess these work for Halo Wars even though it comes out next year. Better than if they said, "LOOK!!! Halo 3 figures out!!!!" However, I myself think they look kinda weak. Rather have one of those sweet Gears figures.

wether its your taste or not. hes a legend as far as im concerned. always had excellent sculpts for his figures and was a master in comic art. i still have some spawn and metal gears solid figures. its few and far in between for figures to have the details he puts in his.
