Even Fred Meyers has had this out on the shelf for a few days, though no Gears of War 2 for some reason.

Wow, twelve new games coming out. 10 of which are mediocre at best. This week marks the end of any good games coming out for the next few months. Might as well go into hibernation.

I would get L4D, but I already bought Dead Space, Fallout 3, and Gears of War 2.
